- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Stir well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently while heating until the mixture is warm but not boiling, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 3: Once heated, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Carefully pour the mixture into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- Step 5: Transfer the blended creamer into an airtight container. Allow it to cool completely before sealing and storing it in the refrigerator.
- Step 6: Shake well before each use to ensure all flavors are evenly distributed.
