  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • to Salt taste
  • to Black Pepper taste
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts optional
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley optional
  • Crackers, Vegetables, or Bread for serving

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded turkey, mayonnaise, celery, onion, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Gently stir in pecans or walnuts and parsley, if using.
  5. Shape the mixture into a ball. Use your hands or plastic wrap to create a smooth, uniform shape.
  6. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the cheese ball to firm up.
  7. Serve chilled with crackers, vegetables (such as carrot sticks and celery sticks), or bread.

Notes

For a festive touch, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or finely shredded cheese before refrigerating. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
