- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Stir in melted butter until evenly moistened. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
- In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and cocoa powder to the warm cream. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract. Pour chocolate filling into the cooled pie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the filling to set completely.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. You can also add a dollop of whipped cream or chocolate shavings as a garnish.
