- Make the Sugar Cookie Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until sugar dissolves.

- Make the Martini: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, heavy cream, sugar cookie syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with sugar cookie crumbles, if desired.
Notes
For a stronger cinnamon flavor, add a dash of cinnamon schnapps. Adjust the amount of heavy cream to your preference for a creamier or less creamy drink.
