Sugar Cookie Syrup
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Martini Ingredients
  • 1.5 ounces Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 ounce Heavy Cream
  • Pinch Ground Cinnamon
  • Optional Sugar cookie crumbles For garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Make the Sugar Cookie Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  4. Make the Martini: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, heavy cream, sugar cookie syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon.
  5. Shake well until thoroughly chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
  6. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  7. Garnish with sugar cookie crumbles, if desired.

Notes

For a stronger cinnamon flavor, add a dash of cinnamon schnapps. Adjust the amount of heavy cream to your preference for a creamier or less creamy drink.
