- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the almond milk and pumpkin puree over medium heat. Stir the mixture gently to incorporate the pumpkin puree into the almond milk.
- Step 2: Use a whisk to blend the ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Keep an eye on the heat to prevent boiling.
- Step 3: Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to ensure all flavors are evenly distributed.
- Step 4: Allow the mixture to heat for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, without letting it come to a boil.
- Step 5: Once heated through and fragrant, remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to a storage container.
- Step 6: Pour the creamer into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before each use.
Notes
For a thicker creamer, use less almond milk or add more pumpkin puree. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
