- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking dish by greasing it lightly.
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzel sticks with the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Step 3: In another mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar.
- Step 4: Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the pretzel crust.
- Step 5: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
- Step 6: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.
- Step 7: Chill the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Step 8: Once set, cut into squares or rectangles and serve.

Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
