Crust Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted (3 ounces)
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 14 ounce can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream, cold
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in melted butter until evenly moistened.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Use the bottom of a measuring cup or glass to create an even layer.
  3. Refrigerate the crust while you prepare the filling.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture along with the vanilla extract, until just combined. Do not overmix.
  7. Pour the peanut butter filling over the chilled graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set completely.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter and omit the added sugar in the crust. You can also garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts before serving.
