  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (2 sticks)
  • 12 ounces Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Mini Marshmallows Optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  3. Add chocolate chips to the melted butter and stir until smooth and melted.
  4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined and smooth.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows (optional).
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips. You can also add chopped nuts, sea salt, or chocolate shavings for extra deliciousness.
