Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey-roasted peanuts chopped
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • 8x8 inch baking dish
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons
  • Spatula or wooden spoon
  • Microwave-safe Bowl
  • Refrigerator

Method

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped honey-roasted peanuts, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and graham cracker crumbs. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix everything together until it is well combined and smooth.
  2. Step 2: Once your mixture is smooth, transfer it into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish. Using the back of a spatula or your hands, press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Step 3: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  4. Step 4: Once the chocolate is melted, carefully pour it over the peanut butter mixture in the baking dish. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate evenly across the surface.
  5. Step 5: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let the bars chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Step 6: After the bars have chilled, remove them from the refrigerator. Use a sharp knife to cut them into squares.

Notes

Store your bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They can last up to a week, but they’re so delicious, they probably won’t last that long!
