- Gently wash all fruits under cold running water. Hull strawberries and halve grapes.
- In a large bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mandarin orange segments, grapes, kiwi, and pineapple chunks.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit in the large bowl.
- Gently toss the fruit to coat evenly with the honey-lime dressing.
- If using, add the chopped fresh mint and gently mix.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This step enhances the taste but is optional.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a sweeter salad, add a touch more honey. Feel free to substitute other fruits based on your preference and seasonal availability. Consider adding a sprinkle of chia seeds for added nutrition.
