  • 1 14 ounce package Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 3 cups Cold Milk
  • 1 9-inch Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Cold
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Shavings Optional, for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until completely smooth. There should be no lumps.
  2. Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes to allow it to slightly thicken.
  3. Pour the chocolate pudding into the prepared graham cracker crust. Spread evenly with a spatula or offset spatula.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
  5. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  6. Spoon the whipped cream over the chocolate pudding. Spread evenly to create a smooth layer.
  7. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pudding to set completely and the flavors to meld.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings (optional). Cut into slices and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat milk and heavy cream. You can also add a layer of chocolate cookies or crushed Oreos to the bottom of the crust for extra texture.
