- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar.
- Gradually add the milk, mixing until a dough-like consistency forms. You may need slightly more or less milk depending on your peanut butter.
- Once the dough is formed, roll it into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper.
- If desired, melt chocolate chips and dip the balls in the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate the peanut butter balls for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
Notes
Store leftover peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter.
