- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
- Step 2: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until a thick dough forms.
- Step 3: Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
- Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Step 5: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Step 6: Sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate before it sets.
- Step 7: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm, then cut into squares.
Notes
Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
