Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Place the baby carrots in a large pot of boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until they are tender but not mushy.
  3. Step 3: Drain them in a colander and let them cool slightly.
  4. Step 4: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the carrots in a single layer.
