  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).

  3. Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; work in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer.
  5. Check for doneness: The pumpkin seeds are done when they are golden brown and crispy. If needed, add a couple more minutes, checking frequently.
  6. Remove from air fryer and let the pumpkin seeds cool completely before serving. This allows them to crisp up further.
