  • 12 ounces White chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pecans Optional

  • 8x8 inch baking dish
  • Whisk or spatula
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a double boiler or heat-safe bowl set over a pan of simmering water, melt the white chocolate chips and butter, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. If using, stir in the chopped pecans (or other mix-ins) now.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  7. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares and serve.

Notes

For extra richness, use high-quality white chocolate. Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
