- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, add the pumpkin puree, milk, and heavy cream (or coconut cream). Heat over medium heat and whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Step 2: Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until well combined.
- Step 3: Continue to heat the mixture, whisking occasionally, until it is warm but not boiling.
- Step 4: Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly. Transfer it to your container. Optionally strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture.
- Step 5: Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using as ingredients may separate.

This creamer is highly customizable; feel free to use non-dairy milk or adjust spices to your preference.
