  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce shredded or chopped
  • 1 Tomato diced

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  2. Add minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and shred with two forks.
  4. Return shredded chicken to the skillet. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Warm tortillas according to package directions (microwave, skillet, or oven).
  6. Spread the cheesy chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla. Add lettuce and diced tomato.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then tightly roll up.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lime juice to the chicken mixture before assembling the wraps. You can also substitute other cheeses or add your favorite salsa or sour cream.
