- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and softened unsalted butter. Use a hand mixer or a sturdy spatula to mix until smooth.
- Step 2: Gradually incorporate powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs into the peanut butter mixture. Stir until fully combined.
- Step 3: Grease your 9x13-inch baking dish. Transfer the peanut butter mixture into the dish and press it down evenly across the bottom.
- Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips with vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
- Step 5: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a rubber spatula.
- Step 6: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is set and firm.
- Step 7: Remove from the refrigerator, cut into squares, and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
