  • 6 cups Cubed Watermelon (seedless)
  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 0.5 cup Blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional, to taste
  • a few Fresh Mint Leaves optional, for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Hull and slice the strawberries.
  3. In a large bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey (if using).
  5. Pour the lime-honey dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed, adding more honey if desired.
  7. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This step is optional but recommended.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves (if using) before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter salad, add a touch more honey. You can also add other berries like cherries or cranberries. Feel free to adjust the berry proportions to your liking.
