- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and salt.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Gently whisk the ingredients together continuously until warmed through, but do not allow it to reach a boil.
- Step 3: Stir in vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Step 4: Transfer the creamer to a sealed container and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before each use.
