Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziploc bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well to combine.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat together sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the peanut butter filling over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the pie to set.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use salted butter. You can also add chocolate chips or chopped peanuts to the crust or filling for extra texture and flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
