  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Finely chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Jalapeños Minced, optional, for extra spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula, until fully cooked and browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled sausage, softened cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder and paprika. If using, add the jalapeños.
  4. Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.
  5. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

For a spicier dip, use hot breakfast sausage and add more jalapeños. You can also experiment with different cheeses, such as Monterey Jack or pepper jack.
